I am going to be walking 300km between now and the end of the year to try and raise as much money as I can for St Helena Hospice who do an amazing job of supporting members of our local community through their most difficult times. Covid-19 has had a massive impact on the fundraising efforts of the hospice and their supporters with many events having to be cancelled. If you could spare any amount at all to donate towards this fantastic charity it will be greatly appreciated. Every little bit helps.
St Helena Hospice is for anyone who has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and all services are free of charge to patients and their families. The Hospice is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and offers a diverse range of services which are delivered by highly qualified teams of specialists. These teams include nurses, social workers, counsellors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, complimentary therapists, art and music therapists, bereavement visitors, doctors and specialist palliative care nurses.
